Heywood Artist Retreat Celebrates 16 Years

Artist Anne Heywood is once again offering her popular week-long Artist Retreat in Waldoboro, Maine this coming July.

Focusing on pastel painting, this unique five day workshop is filled with art, learning, and camaraderie. “Live pastel painting demonstrations, student painting time both indoors and outdoors, and visits to scenic spots for reference materials are just a few of the activities for that week, topped off by a Lobster/Steak Bake one evening”, says Heywood. The 2017 Retreat takes place at Artwork by A. Heywood, 808 N. Nobleboro Road, Waldoboro, from July 24th to 28th. Any level pastel student is welcome; class size is limited to 8 participants.
